Our certifications

All our beauty products are labeled according to vegan association and certified by Ecocert according to the COSMOS standard, an international certification for cosmetics set by an international independent board of the COSMOS association members and certified by approved certifying bodies.
COSMOS standard means: Promoting the use of products from organic agriculture and respecting biodiversity. Using natural resources responsibly and respecting the environment. All processing and manufacturing need to be clean and respectful of human health and the environment and integrate and develop the concept of “green chemistry”.

The Cosmos standard

Concerning storage, manufacturing, and packaging, it needs to respect the environment and adequate cleanliness, hygiene, and traceability through all processes. • No less than 20 % of the total product must be organic, when at least 80 % of the total product consists of natural minerals for products you leave on the skin
  • No less than 10% of the total product must be organic, when 80% or more of the total product consists of natural minerals for products you wash off
  • Natural minerals and water are quality inspected natural ingredients derived from nature that cannot be considered organic
  • The certification require that all products are free from GMOs, (genetically modified organisms) and nanomaterials (exceptions may be made for UV filters) and do not allow animal testing (except where required by law).

Allergy Certified

We also have ranges that are labeled with Allergy Certified (meaning that known sensitizers and skin irritating ingredients are used only at low concentrations proved by independent scientists not to provoke allergies or not used at all). And Fair Trade (Fair Trade is a trading partnership, based on dialogue, transparency, and respect, that seeks greater equity in international trade). We know how difficult it can be to navigate the wealth of all brands and certificates.
